Phase 2 Development Claydon Road – Application REFUSED

The Planning Committee of Cherwell District council met on 23 July 2026 to discuss the above Application. After consideration, the Phase 2  Outline Application for 74 homes (in addition to those already approved in Phase 1) was REFUSED.
